It’s only after you’ve stepped outside your comfort zone that you begin to change, grow, and transform.

Individual therapy is one-on-one therapy with your psychotherapist. We provide counseling for adults, adolescents, and children.

We work with collaboration with clients to identify key problems and develop initial treatment plan because we believe the clients know themselves best and they hold everything they need to feel better. During individual psychotherapy, you will identify and explore current and past life stressors, develop plan of action on how to target those triggers, learn helpful coping skills, and explore past life experiences to overcome your current struggles. Individual therapy is an opportunity to see yourself in a new light, discovering your own possibilities. Together we will not only help you identify the problem and learn the source of suffering, but also teach you to take control of your life

Possible topics covered in Individual Therapy are depression, anxiety, OCD, abuse, trauma, changes in life, relationship difficulties, anger management, worries, fears, self-esteem issues, work problems, and many more. We are Client-Centered and Emotion-Focused therapists so we believe no topic is too big or too small to be discussed in your therapy.

Our areas of expertise includes, but are not limited to, trauma, chronic Illness, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, general stress management, parenting, life transitions, self-esteem, and crises intervention.
